This photo is a frame with-in a frame , the photo is filled up with objects with a little bit of space in the centre directing the viewers eye.
square format is good to use 3 things as it doesn’t work with 2 or just 1 thing its more effective using 3 things and filling up the photo so that there is no empty space. i also used a technique called ‘rule of thirds’ and leading lines, focusing on the middle object it leads the veiwer’s eye to the horizon line which shows more features of the photo.
this photo is a frame within a frame and the main focus is in the middle of the photo but i also really like the blurred out background as the highlights effect the phone camera creating a more in depth photo.
the lined up trees have a line of symmetry and leading lines which capture the veiwer’s eye and drags them into the photo however the objects in the photo make it less symmetrical but nothing in the photo is perfectly centered which i really like as it makes the photo unique.
i like this photo as the horizon line is not dead center and the trees are and buildings are nicely lined up creating a beautiful image.
