Within this project I didn’t really enjoy it although it did not go as bad as I thought it would. The only thing I did enjoy was posting onto Instagram as it’s showing my photos out to the public as well as using hashtags that share out my photos that reach more people and i ended up looking at other photographers work to inspire my own work, I also enjoyed learning about square format as in a way it neated up my photos as it cut out unwanted space and had more focus on what the main subject is, what I also liked about square format was putting three things in a photo and using the techniques from the other project such leading lines, I used that technique when putting 3 things in a square as it created a beautiful photo and I was proud of the outcome. What I didn’t like was WordPress as it still confuses me to this day as I didn’t know how to analyse my photos as I prefer working in a sketch book where I can organise my photos to make it look more presentable, however I did like posting on Instagram because of the filters as some made a bigger impact on the image, for example when I did the genre photography task and used the black and white filter it made the photo sentimental in my opinion. What I also really liked was researching about the Hasselblad camera, negative space and Lomography. I enjoyed learning about Lomography as it’s something I would like to do. I really like it as of the effect it creates on the photo with the different unique details and colours on the photo that are vibrant and eye catching. On a whole I mostly liked this project but it’s not the best but I am really proud of the outcome of my work.

On a whole I ready do like square format when I’m taking a photo of one singular thing such as the photo of the dog as it cuts out the empty space but I do like normal format as it capture’ s every detail in the photos.

Out of both of these apps i prefer Instagram as its alot easier to use and reaches out to more people as you can share your account and most people use Instagram than WordPress making it more successful to be seen by the public eye on Instagram
Instagram communicates me as a photographer as there are millions of different hashtag that you can use that communicate the kind of genre you use, which then the hashtags share your photo out to the people who follow that certain hashtag, unlike on WordPress not many people have it and it’s not as popular as Instagram. It also allows me to show of my work so much easier and express myself within my work and I can meet other photographers and look at their work over Instagram and get sharing them around etc.
However with WordPress you can write so much and have it laid out alot nicer it’s also alot nicer to read as it’s not cramped up together like Instagram but I do prefer Instagram as your account and work is seen by much more people.
